Evidence from this review suggests that although Moodle LMS is an inferior LMS compared to others, it is still popular within academic circles due to its features. Due to variations such as student's characteristics, institutions related factors, quality of eResources, teachers related factors among others this leads to variation on satisfaction levels among the learners. Therefore, there is need to explore the influence of Moodle features such as ease of access, interactivity, communication, feedback and evaluation tools features influencing student's satisfaction.
