Abstract

Theories play a very important role in learning. They make learning interesting, motivating, and easy for the learners to achieve their objectives. This article discussed the connectionism theory and how it can be applied in learning Kiswahili. The discussion was based on the premise that the success of the learners in school does not depend entirely on the instructional methods but on the theories that are applied in the learning process.
