Theory of Constant Light Speed

Abstract
In this paper I have experimentally proved the second postulate of Einstein's theory of special Relativity that the velocity of light in free space is the same for all observers, and is independent of the relative velocity of the source of light and the observer. In the last section of this paper I have also found the actual speed of light.
