Data were collected from 135 household respondents through semi-structured questionnaires. Binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the data. The study found, sex (β = 9.55), annual income (β = .000), training (β = 2.023), interest for future participation (β = 7.67), increasing tourist number (β = 6.074), culture value (β = 1.95), and over all source of income as positive determining factors.
