Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution represented by technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has kicked off. Mankind is undergoing an all-round change. In this era where opportunities and challenges coexist, the labor market will also usher in tremendous changes. In this context, I formulated this research plan to explore the impact of human capital on employment in the era of artificial intelligence. This study intends to achieve the following goals:1. Clarify the effect and mechanism of human capital and social capital's influence on workers' professional artificial intelligence in the era of artificial intelligence.2.
