Abstract
This study examines the impact of knowledge management on employee performance in Moroccan universities. Through a quantitative approach involving 190 participants (academic and administrative staff), the research investigates how knowledge management practices influence organizational effectiveness in higher education. The findings reveal that knowledge management positively affects both individual and collective performance. At the individual level, 46.3% of respondents report improved productivity, with professors showing higher benefits than administrative staff. Knowledge-sharing practices are generally well-received, with 46.3% of participants strongly agreeing about their effectiveness, though implementation varies across institutions. This study contributes to understanding knowledge management dynamics in developing countries' higher education contexts, offering practical insights for university administrators and policymakers.
