Abstract
In the present scenario the rural development through Panchayati Raj Institute is considered to the foremost agenda in India.In this research article author has attempted to discuss about the rural leadership and their work for rural development in the neglected area. In addition to that it has also been tried to explore the passion of various rural developments works of women as Panchayati leader.
