Abstract
Organizational culture as a subject of formal study has captured the interest of a variety of researchers (e.g., Denison, 1990; Schein,2004). The literature on this topic falls broadly into two main schools of thought. One school takes a phenomeno- logical approach and focuses on understanding the concept and defining the meaning of culture (eg, A llaire & Firsirotu, 1984; Martin, 1992; Meek, 1988). Another school takes the functionalist approach and focuses on the consequences of organizational culture. Empirical research has largely been on the functionalist perspective with impressive evidence on the role of organizational culture for firm outcomes (e.g., Calori & Sarnin, 1991; Denison, 2000). This paper goes towards 2nd purpose to study the impact of these factors Corporate culture (CC) to Motivation Work (MW). Since then built models depth study of the relationship CC to the MW research and application in practice in Lilama7.
