Abstract

Leaders expatriate less cross-cultural understanding, it will use the same style of leadership of their country of origin in other countries without adapting to local norms and cultural environment. South Korea's leadership style expatriates in Indonesia dominant autocratic leadership style. Leadership style significantly influence the culture of the organization. Leadership style not significant effect on employee loyalty. Leadership style have a significant effect on work motivation. Organizational culture significantly influences employee loyalty. Work motivation significantly influence employee loyalty.
