Abstract

Performance management is very essential for every employees nowadays. Spirituality has emerged to be most important factor in performance management. It is not only a system that should be followed in organisation to evaluate the performance but we should first understand what are the key aspects for which we are performing and why we need to perform. The spiritual side of performance management is ignored in most of the organisations. The purpose of this paper is to study how the spiritual approach helps in enhancing the employee's performance in achieving success. This paper is based on secondary data. The findings of the research helps in understanding how spirituality helps in motivating, identifying the gap areas and understanding the importanceand impact of performance management on employees performance with the help of spiritual model of performance management.
