Abstract

Motivation is the enforcing element to do or not to do something. In context to Nepal, during deepen armed conflict Nepalese NGOs registration trend skyrocketed and so their working span. They are basically motivated to survive and grow – a basic motivation phenomenon in general. Besides this they worked for the sake of revival of peace and prosperity for their motherland. Desire to grow and lead n peace process also came hand to hand. Nepalese NGOs put forth a challenge to the established motivation theories that work in normal condition. A tendency depicted – Nepalese people and organizations tend to put the national agenda first when the nation was at the crossroad.
