Abstract

This research aims to study the quality of educational service quality in MBA program at Alexandria University as an example of public universities and mediating effect of students' experiences between the service quality and their satisfaction with this program. To achieve this goal, data were collected using a survey list of a sample of 200 MBA students at the University. The data were analyzed using the structural equation (SEM) method, and the results showed that students were partially aware of the quality of service and the satisfaction of these students.
