Abstract

Employee engagement is the state in  which employees feel passionate about their jobs, are committed to the organization, and put discretionary effort into their work. The challenge today  is not just in terms of how to correctly measure employee engagement, but also to be able to sustain the same. This is where creating the correct engagement  framework is fundamental to the business strategy.This study has been undertaken to develop a conceptual framework of empolyee engagement which help the organisations to engage the diverse workforce.
