Convergence/Divergence Approach in contextto MNCs in India

Abstract
Emic and Etic has always been a matter of discussion amongst theorist in IHRM. The study has thrown some light on emic/etic approach in context to MNEs in India and how the globalization has affected the cultural values in India. The research methodology is based on the interviews with International analyst (expatriates) working with leading KPOs in India and my experiences with few MNCs in India during 2004-2008 havealso helped me with few inferences.
