Organization Mode of Creative Enterprise Based on the Zero Management

Abstract

This paper analyzed the operation characteristics of creative enterprise based on the research on the concept and management issue of creative enterprise. The platform operation mode of creative enterprise was constructed based on the zero management. Then, the paper redesigned the organization structure of creative enterprise. At last, gave some suggestions on creative enterprise in zero management organization.
