Management Thoughts and Philosophy Classified in Theme Framework

Abstract

This paper examined the different school of management thought and philosophy from the classical to the contingency and seeks to find out what categorized each philosopher according to the themes and why they are grouped the way they are. The paper critically analyzed their theories, characteristics, functions, principles, and critiqued each philosopher and their theories. Finally the paper sought a contemporary approach to management thought and philosophy.
